I have been friends with Crystal for over 15 years and have always known her to be extremely creative, detail oriented and talented. I would watch her for hours, laboring over a piece of artwork,
just trying to make it perfect. When my husband and I were planning our wedding, I immediately thought of Crystal. Like every little girl, I always knew what I wanted my wedding to be like — certain color schemes, flower types and a long, flowing dress. I went to Crystal and told her that I really wanted the invitations to look like a box from the jewelry store, Tiffany & Co. That was all she needed to hear and within in a few days, she had the perfect invitation set. The invitations, the envelopes, RSVP and seating cards were flawlessly put together. Since we live in Florida, I was concerned about getting all of our invitations on time to send out for our wedding. Everything was sent promptly, insured and packaged securely. Two years later, I still get compliments on the creative invitations that Crystal designed. In the process of planning my wedding I hoped to find the best quality for the best price without cheating myself. I had planned to do my invitations myself but then realized that time was just not on my side. 
Through my internet searches I came across Clearly You Event Design and figured why not give it a try, it’s a free quote, what could I lose! Well to my amazement I received quite an impressive and professional quote. This was what caught our eyes but what really caught us off guard was the professionalism and sincere desire to truly make our wedding one of a kind. Working with Crystal was the best decision we could have made when it came to our wedding invitations. Like any young couple trying to save money where ever we could, we thought designing our own off the internet was going to be our best bet. While the price was right, the invitations weren’t exactly what we imagined.

When one of our friends recommended Crystal, we were more than happy with the result. She took exactly what we wanted and designed it perfectly. 
Not only did we have our own custom invitations, but the price wasn’t any more than what we were originally going to spend, plus we received a lot more from Crystal. Not only was she able to print our return address and our guest’s address on the invitation, she would even stamp and mail out all of the invitations for us. Crystal made the entire process worry free by keeping us updated with the status of our invitations at least once a week, if not more. She was always available and would always return our e-mails within hours.

When my father was preparing to retire from UPS after 25 years of service, I knew that I wanted to do something special for him. I had decided that I would throw him a surprise party and invite a large number of the friends he had accumulated over the years. I went all out: rented a hall, hired a catering company, and a DJ. I then went to the store and purchased several packs of invitations. While filling them out, something didn’t seem right. They weren’t personal, and seemed downright cheesy. I pondered over them for the next week or so, very unsatisfied that the store-bought invitations didn’t give the 1st impression I was looking for.

I remembered my friend from high school, Crystal, had created a new design company, “Clearly You Event Design.” I went to her website and requested a quote, thinking there was no way I could ever afford a professional invitation set. 
Within 24 hours Crystal sent me my free quote, and to my amazement, it was very reasonable and affordable! I immediately contacted her and she already had her creative juices flowing! She told me about her idea of the “UPS package” look for the invites. Once I saw her mock-up, I was floored by the absolute perfection. Every detail complimented the theme of the party, even down to the square of bubble wrap included in the envelope. Crystal provided me with that “wow-factor” I had been searching for! I framed an invitation set and gave it to my Dad as a gift at his party; he keeps it on the wall of his living room and it reminds him of his special day.

I was always the girl who dreamed of her fairytale wedding and when I became engaged, I started planning right away. My whole focus was on creating a celebration that would not only honor me and my husband, but that would honor our family and friends who
had invested their lives into making us the people we had become. By doing this, I knew that only the best quality products would make it into my wedding plans. The only downside of my desire for quality in my wedding was that my husband and I would be paying for the majority of it! My first venture into finding invitations was going to an invitation studio. The invitations were your typical wedding invitations, they were nice but nothing caught my eye. I just couldn’t fall in love with anything. After leaving the invitation studio, I was sort of hopeless. I knew that Crystal, a sister of a friend of mine from high school, designed invitations but I thought there was no way I could afford custom invitations. I decided to give it a shot anyway and ask Crystal for a quote. Thankfully I did! I quickly accepted the quote and Crystal got right to work.

Crystal designed 3 or 4 different designs for me before we got to the one that I loved. She didn’t accept anything except for perfect. If I didn’t love it, she tweaked it into what I would love. She was amazing. Anything I asked her to change, she would do – right away. Response time for e-mails was almost instantaneous. After the final design was approved, Crystal sent the invitation to me in the mail to make sure that I would see it exactly as my guests would. While this might seem unnecessary it was actually one of the best things she did. The rhinestones fell off during one of the many trial runs and Crystal worked on the design until they didn’t. She ended up putting a thin piece of packaging foam in front of the invites and it was actually really cute and totally useful! It’s hard to put into words for how amazing Crystal actually is! 
She is one of a kind, the one of a kind person who makes you wonder how you can attain the level of energy and passion she has! She will put 110% into your invitations and make you feel like you are her most important client. She was a pleasure to work with and the end product was more than I could have ever hoped for.

Just remember that one of the first things your family and friends will see regarding your wedding is your invitations. Your invitations give your guests a glimpse into what your wedding day will be like. To get everyone really excited – have Crystal design your invitations. You won’t regret it. I honestly can’t even count the number of compliments I received on my invitations. People actually wrote on my RSVP’s how much they loved my invitations! I wanted my guests to feel special and those comments really made me feel like I was doing that. I am already planning on using Crystal for all of my invitation needs in the future.
